Peabody & Associates
Peabody & Associates, Inc. was founded in January 2006 by Alexander C. “Sandy” Peabody, SC PLS #20194. Sandy has been a licensed professional land surveyor in South Carolina since 2000 and has worked in the field since 1994.
Prior to founding Peabody & Associates, Sandy partnered with Herbert A. “Bert” Niemyer under Niemyer & Peabody, LLC. When Bert retired after 37 years in the profession, Sandy established Peabody & Associates, Inc. Today, Peabody & Associates builds on that legacy, combining decades of expertise with a commitment to innovation and professional excellence.

Alexander C. "Sandy" Peabody, PLS
Sandy is a licensed professional land surveyor with over three decades of experience in the Charleston, South Carolina region.
Sandy is a Past President of the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors (SCSPLS) and currently serves as the South Carolina Director to the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) and the Treasurer of the Alpha-gal Alliance Action Fund.
Beyond his professional achievements, Sandy is a devoted husband and proud father of two, whose love for the outdoors has always been a natural extension of his work. Whether camping, hunting, fishing, or simply exploring the land, his connection to nature has deepened his understanding of the terrain he surveys
